At Ette Naturals, we are committed to delivering your skincare products safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Areas

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Currently, we operate as an online store only; no in-store pick-up is available.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Accra: 24–48 hours.

  • Outside Accra (e.g., Tema, Kasoa): 48–72 hours depending on location.

  • International Orders: 3–7 days, depending on the shipping option chosen (e.g., DHL or local post office).

3. Shipping Methods

  • We use dispatch riders, DHL, and Ghana Post for deliveries.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Accra: GH₵40–80 depending on location.

  • Outside Accra: Calculated based on distance and shipping method.

5. Next-Day Delivery

  • Next-day delivery is offered for orders within Accra, subject to order cut-off times.

6. Order Tracking & Communication

  • For all deliveries, we communicate the delivery day to customers.

  • For deliveries outside Accra, we provide driver contact details and car numbers.

  • For international orders, we provide a tracking receipt to monitor your shipment.

7. Missing or Lost Items

  • If any item is missing, customers should contact us immediately.

  • We will coordinate with the delivery personnel or courier to track and resolve the issue.

8. Delivery Exceptions

  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

9. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All products are carefully sealed to ensure quality.
