Currently, we operate as an online store only; no in-store pick-up is available.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Within Accra: 24–48 hours.

Outside Accra (e.g., Tema, Kasoa): 48–72 hours depending on location.

International Orders: 3–7 days, depending on the shipping option chosen (e.g., DHL or local post office).
3. Shipping Methods

We use dispatch riders, DHL, and Ghana Post for deliveries.
4. Shipping Fees

Accra: GH₵40–80 depending on location.

Outside Accra: Calculated based on distance and shipping method.
5. Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is offered for orders within Accra, subject to order cut-off times.
6. Order Tracking & Communication

For all deliveries, we communicate the delivery day to customers.

For deliveries outside Accra, we provide driver contact details and car numbers.

For international orders, we provide a tracking receipt to monitor your shipment.
7. Missing or Lost Items

If any item is missing, customers should contact us immediately.

8. Delivery Exceptions
